Northline Bags is a bag manufacturer and B2B supplier based in China. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and share information when you visit northlinebags.com, submit a project inquiry or communicate with us about a business opportunity.
Information we collect
When you submit an inquiry, we may collect your name, business email, telephone or WhatsApp number, company or business name, company website or business profile, business type, product interests, project type, customization requirements, estimated quantity, target market, expected purchasing timeline and the project details you choose to provide.
We may also collect technical and attribution information such as the page visited, referring page, UTM campaign parameters, Meta click identifier, browser identifier, IP address, browser or device information and the date and time of an interaction.
Please do not submit confidential design files, government identification numbers, payment card details or other sensitive personal information through the inquiry form.
How we use information
We use the information to:
- review whether a project fits our products and production capabilities;
- respond to inquiries and discuss product specifications, materials, samples, quotations, orders and follow-up;
- verify business identity and reduce spam, duplicate or fraudulent submissions;
- maintain B2B contact and project records in our customer relationship management system;
- understand which pages, campaigns and content generate relevant business inquiries; and
- improve website performance, advertising measurement and campaign optimization where permitted and, when offered, where you select the optional advertising-measurement choice.
Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a general marketing newsletter. We may contact you about the specific business inquiry you submitted.

Inquiry details may be stored in our website form system and customer relationship management system. We may record follow-up status such as new, verifying, qualified, quoted, sample, won, nurturing or disqualified, together with a reason when an inquiry is not suitable. These records help us manage the business discussion and evaluate inquiry quality.
Meta Business Tools and Conversions API
If optional advertising measurement is enabled for your inquiry, we may send event information to Meta Platforms through browser tools and the Meta Conversions API. This may include event type and time, page URL, campaign identifiers and identifiers such as email, phone, name or an internal contact reference after hashing, together with browser, click, IP or user-agent information when available.
We may also send later business-stage events, such as a qualified inquiry, quotation, sample step or confirmed order, so that advertising systems can measure and optimize toward relevant B2B outcomes. We do not send a disqualified inquiry as a positive conversion event.
Meta processes information under its own terms and privacy policies. The optional advertising-measurement choice is not required to submit a business inquiry.
Service providers and sharing
We may use website hosting, email delivery, security, analytics, form, CRM and advertising service providers to operate the website and handle inquiries. We share only information reasonably needed for those services or when required by law. We do not sell inquiry contact information as a standalone product.
International processing
Northline Bags operates from China and works with overseas business contacts. Information may therefore be processed in China and in other countries where our service providers operate. Privacy and data-protection rules may differ between countries.
Retention and security
We retain inquiry and CRM information only for as long as reasonably needed for the business discussion, recordkeeping, security, dispute handling and legal obligations. Technical conversion retry data containing matching identifiers is retained for a limited period and is redacted after processing. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection concerning your personal information. You may also withdraw an optional advertising-measurement choice for future processing. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
